Delete your SnapRooster account

In the app

1. Open SnapRooster and go to Settings.
2. Tap My data & account.
3. Under Delete my account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

It happens straight away. You can download a copy of your data on the same page first.

Without the app

Email get2jawa@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Everything: your food log and its estimates, food photos, body measurements, health profile and goals, saved recipes and foods, reminders, sharing with family, snap coins and your sign-in.

Nothing is kept for us to use. Copies inside our encrypted backups are removed as the backups are replaced, within 60 days.
